Grounded, evidence-based support for those who carry the heaviest loads.
I don’t offer generic wellness advice or fluffy apps. I train healthcare professionals who hold human lives in their hands to reclaim their own.

Why I focus on NHS nurses, sisters, and matrons.
You don't need to be told to "practise self-care." You don't need a bath bomb, a breathing app, or a corporate slideshow on resilience.
When you work in the NHS, you are operating within a system under immense pressure. Your job is high-stakes, fast-paced, and emotionally demanding. Your brain adapts to this by staying on high alert.
The problem is, your brain doesn't automatically know when the danger has passed. When you drive home, that high-alert state stays switched on.
My work is not about fixing the NHS, and it's not about making you "happier" at work. It is about biological and psychological boundaries. I partner with you 1-1 to teach your nervous system how to recognise that the shift is over, so you can safely step back into your life.
Meet Neil
A professional partner, not a wellness influencer.
Nurses work in an evidence-based world. You deserve support that is backed by rigorous training and years of practical application.
Here is the experience and training I bring to our 1-1 partnership:
Certified Teacher of MBSR (10+ Years Experience)
What this means for you: Mindfulness-Based Stress Reduction (MBSR) is the clinical gold standard for stress and nervous system regulation. I do not teach "woo-woo" meditation. I teach the practical, biological mechanics of how to down-regulate your nervous system in high-stress environments.
ICF-Accredited Coach (4+ Years Experience)
What this means for you: My coaching is structured, goal-oriented, and strictly confidential. Unlike informal support or performance-focused internal NHS coaching, this is a private, outcome-focused space dedicated solely to your personal well-being.
10+ Years of Corporate & High-Stress Training
What this means for you: I have spent over a decade teaching these exact transition skills to professionals in high-pressure, fast-paced environments where burnout is a constant threat. I know how to make these tools work when you are exhausted and have zero time to spare.

I know how protective you are of your patients, and how hard it is to leave them behind when you leave the building. But protecting your home life isn't selfish - it's what makes your career, your health, and your relationships sustainable.
You’ve spent years learning how to care for others. Let's spend 90 days setting the boundaries you need to care for yourself.
